I'm not very fond of writing book reviews. First, because I think the interruption can make me lose the “train of thought”, second because the most important is the essence of what is read, the initial impact, and lastly, when I feel that I lacked to absorb something else, I do another reading of the book, until I am satisfied. But with “The New Age and the Cultural Revolution” a different phenomenon occurred. Realizing that the reality of 1994 is the same now, made me take on the task of drawing parallels that connect the two eras. So I don't see these notes as attempts to interpret or simplify Professor Olavo's work. Especially because that would not be necessary, since he has the natural ability to make such deep subjects of the underworld sound clear to anyone who is minimally literate. My notes and reflections in this book only try to add examples that corroborate in those days what Olavo already perceived at that time, long before any other.
